As part of our school's 65th Anniversary celebrations, our Primary 2 SYF art team proudly showcased their creativity and confidence, reflecting our theme, "Hearts in Harmony, Celebrating a Legacy of Love & Learning."
To celebrated our school’s 65th Anniversary theme, "Hearts in Harmony, celebrating a Legacy of Love & Learning," we are delighted to spotlight the remarkable achievements of our Primary 2 Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) art team. These young artists exemplified our school’s legacy by taking center stage during the 65th Anniversary musical where they moved beyond the classroom to share the "heart" of their artmaking process with the school community.
This journey of expression reached a significant milestone when our students were invited to the National Gallery Singapore. Serving as confident ambassadors, they presented their creative insights to a diverse audience of primary school students, parents, and educators. This experience allowed them to practice essential 21st Century Competencies such as Confident Communication and Social Awareness as they articulated their artistic choices with poise and clarity.
By translating their thoughts into meaningful narratives, these Primary 2 students demonstrated that learning is a courageous adventure. Their success at both the school and national levels serve as an inspiring reminder of the bright future our students are building, one creative step at a time.
